So, know that there are several ways you can probably do it right now, at home.
What is the Aura?
First, it is good to know that the Aura is an energetic manifestation of living beings.
Biologically explaining, it is the “excess” energy produced by the mitochondria (cells that react with oxygen to release energy) that is expelled by our body.
Therefore, you will notice that deep breathing is a preparatory procedure often guided in techniques to improve blood oxygenation.

The Aura in Science
Despite the explanation of the aura citing the mitochondria, not necessarily the field of study of conventional Biology specifically recognizes the aura. What was done in the text just above, was the biological explanation of what impacts the subtle energy that is the aura. After all, ATP is the means by which excess energy affects our bioenergetic field.
If you want to research more about it, “biofield” is scientifically based, and recognized even in medicine. Basically, it is about the biochemical and biophysical part of what is established as pulsating electromagnetic energy that approaches what, in spirituality, we call aura.
There is a recognized biophysicist, Beverly Rubik, an authority on the subject of Biocampo (or “biofield“, in English, a term where 10x more internet search results are found), who has already proposed the existence of “subtle bodies” (such as the aura, which is a subtle energy field), beyond the physical body.
The term Biofield has already been described to define the biological field since 1994, by the National Institute of Health, and accepted by the US National Library of Medicine, as a bioelectromagnetic and biophysical field that participates in the regulations and structure of cellular function.

The interesting thing about all this is that we can simply see the aura being practiced, and even notice the influences that deep breathing and energy accumulation generate in it (try the hot bath technique, which is in this article here, and watch the indicated video!).
Aura Color and Its Meaning
Our aura varies in color, but there is a predominant one that characterizes your personality!
In addition to learning how to know my aura color, it is natural to also want to understand the meaning of each color.
Meaning of aura colors
🔵 Blue Aura: a very sincere person, who wants to go beyond. They bring new ideas to the world, important information. Calm people with harmony in their heart. It has the ability to heal through the mind.
⚪️ White Aura: purity, divine connection. It can be seen in pregnant women.
Gray: anxious, shy person, with low self-esteem, afraid to express their own opinions.
🔶💛 Orange / Yellow: manages to live harmoniously in a group, people who like to teach, encourage people to grow. Give and receive.
⚫️ black: if focused on a point of the body, it can represent a disease there. Loneliness, shyness.
🌺 Pink: warm heart, empathy for others, sympathy, kindness, sensitivity. Unconditional love.
💚 Green: person who likes to study, solve problems easily. Healing energy (emerald green).
🔴 Red: pride, irritability, anger. Liver red, difficult person to deal with, if you see it in an organ, it means that it has stopped.
💜 Violet Aura: transmutation, spirituality, people with sharp intuition and connected with spirituality.

How Do I Know My Aura Color?
From what I’ve learned, there are 2 ways:
- You can see the color of your Aura yourself;
- You ask yourself what color the aura is and …
- Having the answer by a pendulum;
- Having the answer by intuition.

How to See the Color of the Aura
To see the Aura’s color, you must first see the Aura. That’s what you’ll find out how to do, in several easy options, below.
How to See My Hand’s Aura
- Be in an environment with a white or gray wall, without much or no light;
- Take 10 to 20 deep breaths, but with equal intervals of exhalation and inspiration. Go deeper, but without straining (this will expand your aura);
- Place your hand open and leaning against the wall;
- Fix your eye on the hand, on the cuticle of the nail, for example, and focus there on the exact spot for as long as necessary, until you begin to see.
After your vision starts to get fuzzy, you should see the energy field around your hand – which is your aura – move away.
She must be present brilliantly. If you can visualize more than one layer of color, it must be your aura’s predominant color!

Hot Bath Technique to See My Aura
When taking a hot bath, our heartbeat speeds up because the physical body increases heat with external energy.
This excess energy causes the expansion of our aura!
Hot bath technique step by step:
- Take a hot shower;
- So, preferably go to a place that can maintain your temperature, avoiding a cold place or a fan. You can lie on your bed.
- With your eyes closed, take a deep breath 15 times;
- Then very slowly open your eyes. You will see blurs of color in the atmosphere. It will be glimpses, with your physical eye, of the aura you have expanded!

How to use the pendulum to find out my aura color
First, learn how to use a pendulum.
Second, use a dowsing chart, like the following ones I got from subtil.net (there are lots of interesting ones there):

Third: Ask the pendulum to point to the color of your aura, and it will respond.
How to See the Aura in the Mirror
“Is it possible to see my aura in the mirror?”.
Yes!
To do this, you just need to do the procedure similar to the other techniques, but preferably focusing on about 5 cm above your head.
- Relax, take 10 to 20 deep breaths;
- Stand in front of a mirror that can see the whole body, in which the background is clear, with little light, without shadows or much information, at a distance of 1 meter to 1.5 m;
- Focus on the top of your head, with a distance of 2cm above, as if there is something on top of it
That’s it! Gradually you will begin to see the bioenergetic field, which is apparently a white vapor emanating from the body.
To see the colors of your aura, you will probably succeed after a few days of training. They will appear a little further apart than the first white layer.

How to See People’s Auras
To see another person’s Aura efficiently, preferably do the following:
- Take a breath and ask the person to take a deep breath together, 10 to 20 times, but with equal intervals of exhalation and inspiration, deepening, but without straining (this will expand their aura);
- Ask the person to stand up, with open arms, like a crucifix, with their back against a white or gray wall, in an environment that is neither too bright nor too dark
- Stay at a distance of 80cm to 1.5 meters from the person;
- Fix your gaze on a point on the body. It could be on the head, on the shoulder… or 5cm outside of it. Even if you escape and get tired, and insist.
By following these steps and having no movement, you will tire the physical eye. This will allow the third eye to work and you to see the aura!

How to See Your Aura: Conclusion
In conclusion, there are several ways to view the aura and its color, and you can choose whichever is easiest and most efficient for you!
Practically, they consist of:
- Being in an environment with low light, white or gray background, without movement;
- Calm down by taking a deep breath;
- Focusing fixedly on or near a specific point on the body.
With training, daily, but preferably for a few minutes, you will begin to see more distant layers and even see the colors of your aura!
